About Us
Christ Church Owensboro, formed in 2022, is a member of the Communion of Reformed Evangelical Communion (crechurches.org). Though a relatively new church, we are experienced Christians whom God has assembled from a variety of backgrounds. We find ourselves being recreated by robust covenant renewal worship and then with an optimistic view of God’s working in this world, seek to recreate our families and community to the glory of God. We hold to the inerrancy and authority of scripture and seek to apply it to all areas of life.

Psalm Sings
To become skilled in singing the Psalms, we gather as families and encourage one another with singing. We have been gathering together for more than 25 years in the Owensboro Area and recently we have started Psalm Sings in Hancock County and Dubois County. This is typically done on once a month in each location. After singing, there is a time of mutual prayer and then feasting on food and fellowship and we welcome all. Call (270) 222-0922 for more info and to RSVP.
Willing Warriors
This is a video series featuring Elder J Kevin Whear, mostly with his wife Joy, along with other guests covering a variety topics, including raising children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, worship, education, and spiritual growth.
